This increase is allowed, according to the provisions of Article 11, sub-paragraphs 1 and 2 of European Directive 2006/32/EC and with authorization (without charges), by the regional laws in force in many italian regions. However, there is still a constraint with respect to the minimum distances from the neighbouring buildings, a problem that rarely arises because of the limited increase in thickness determined by this type of cladding.

REMOVING THE EXTERNAL PLASTER
The Marcotherm insulation system allows both new and existing buildings to be insulated from the outside. It can be applied directly onto the masonry or concrete without applying external plaster, and thus reducing costs and timescales.
